Andrea van Rooyen
Andrea completed her studies with national and international qualifications at the International Academy of Health and Skincare in 2009 obtaining her CIDESCO, ITEC and SAAHSP accreditation. She began her career journey in the health and beauty industry and worked her way up to General Manager. Her passion has always been the Medical Aesthetic Industry, Andrea took the opportunity to broaden her knowledge and experience at a well known medical aesthetic clinic by focusing on chemical peels, micro-needling, laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
Andrea is passionate about skincare and focuses on delivering results driven treatments to all of her patients. Andrea has been with Skin + Hair clinic since 2018 and finds joy in working closely with the Plastic surgeons gaining further knowledge and experience.
Bernita Steynberg
Bernita completed her national (SAAHSP) and international (ITEC,CIDESCO) qualifications in 2006 at the Cape Peninsula Training Academy for health and beauty. She was permanently employed by the Camelot group to build experience in the spa industry. She then decided to go abroad and obtain international experience within the spa industry, which took her to a spa in a ski resort in the US and working for Steiner on the cruise ships.
After a couple of years abroad she wanted to settle in Cape Town and change direction within the industry to focus on more results driven skincare. Bernita has been with the Skin& Hair clinic since 2013 where she has obtained all the extra training and experience needed for the Aesthetic skincare industry. She has formed very close bonds with her patients and still finds Aesthetic skincare to be her passion.
